Health Concerns for those on the Autistic Spectrum

I have long maintained a health blog, and, over the years, it has grown, um, big. For the sake of brevity (which is, after all, a virtue!), here are some health concerns that those on the autistic spectrum should be aware of:

Those on the spectrum may need more vitamin B12:

Brain inflammation is a concern:

Circadian rhythm is important, and is frequently messed up in autistic children:

The problem is, circadian functioning likely does not improve with age, but rather tends to deteriorate. If you sleep well and have lots of daytime energy, then you are probably OK .
