21 yo guy, average looking at best, with ASD and anxiety

I like a girl in my class just don't have the balls to talk to her. Also she seems to be interested in me (not sure) but whenever I try to make a move I hold back at the last second or screw things up.

Pissing both her and myself off.
A year has already passed and I have just one more year left as her batchmate.

She's like super cute and has pseudo-autistic mannerisms (cutesy awkwardness, body rocking, fidgeting, some shyness, montonous voice)

I'm afraid I might have creeped her out on more than one occasion (awkward staring)

How do I approach her? It's like my anxiety skyrockets when I'm around her. Please help this is killing me :( :(

Get one of those hyper-social types to talk to the both of you simultaneously & get you hooked up together. This is very similar to just hiring someone with the skills to do the work for you where they tell you want to do like, for example, they might tell you two to come here, then to stand in front of one another, now shake hands or even give each other a hug, now hold hands and walk all the way across school campus and back, etc. Less-experienced ASDs tend to need to be told what to do in this sort of a manner. Otherwise try Hypno-Therapy.

Start with small talk like how are you or talk about what you learn in class KEEP IT SIMPLE that works for me but the main thing is courage YOU NEED COURAGE tell yourself this If I don't talk to her then I will regret it GET COURAGE

"You make me nervous...because I like you. Would you go on a date with me to [insert location] on [insert day]?"

Honest, disarming, and to the point. Don't think about it (seriously, don't), just walk up to her when she's alone and say it. She's either interested and you're off on your journey, or she's not and you know so you can get on with a new journey.
