Should I install support groups in my school age group 11-16?

Any advice on them, mainly for anxiety and depression.
How to make them better?,duration? Any guidelines ? It would be nice if people can provide their experience on them. I have around 10 people on the spectrum in my school, but most people have anxiety and depression or issues relating to that.
I'm quite concerned that some people might be immature and share at stuff around, but i just think it's a shame that your can't talk to people your age about your problems.
