I think Hillary will rattle-off alot of facts, to make her look like she knows what she's talking-about. I think Donald will evade / side-step / change the subject / hem-and-haw, alot----say: "Didju see how I've come-up in the polls" (LOL).

I think Lester Holt will ask them, at the beginning, to refrain from taking a jab, at each other----and, they'll just be that much more clever in how they take a jab, at each other.

"It was first suggested that a googolplex should be 1, followed by writing zeros until you got tired. This is a description of what would happen if one actually tried to write a googolplex, but different people get tired at different times and it would never do to have Carnera a better mathematician than Dr. Einstein, simply because he had more endurance."

Probably Trump, usually the non-incumbent has the advantage in the first debate and expectations are not high for Trump whereas Hillary really can only disappoint. There is going to be a lot of scrutiny and probably deservedly so of the moderators, I pretty much see Trump having 2 opponents this evening so hopefully if they going to 'fact check' then they hold Hillary to the same standard. I don't think Hillary is a good debater and finds herself in a situation where there are significant downsides with whatever approach she takes. A victory of sorts for Hillary would be her being able to stand there for 90 minutes without coughing and needing to go to the bathroom or any weird looking reactions.

Really don't know what to expect, back and forth between Hillary and Trump is what we all want to see so I hope the moderator Lester Holt keeps that in mind because nobody not even his mother is turning in to watch this for Lester Holt.

They are both evil, but I think Hillary will win.

I think winning is in the eye of the beholder. Trump supporters will think he won and Hillary supporters will think she won.

IMHO watching the "debate" [hardly worthy of the term] will be akin to peering under a big rock. there likely will be very little utility extractable from this futility. billary is likely to be reminded of the thing about how trying to argue with trump is a lot like playing chess with a pidgeon, who will defecate all over the board and knock over all the pieces, preening and strutting as though he won. and the lamestream media will let him get away with it, too, just wait and see.

If it stays focused on policy, Clinton will win. If it becomes a contest of bluster and posturing, Trump will win.

A Googolplex is ten to the power of a Googol (which is ten to the power of 60).

on this side of the pond, "who won" a presidential debate is largely a matter of opinion and not too much in the realm of facts, as people who remember the Nixon/jfk debates will attest - tv watchers thought the photogenic JFK, surreptitiously pumped up on b-vitamins and Ritalin] won, while radio listeners, not distracted by Nixon's haggard 5 o'clock shadow un-made-up look, thought he won. and if this election season's general awfulness were scored on a meter scale registering from 0 to googleplex, I think the needle would come crashing through the googleplex and keep right on going. :eew:

I think both will lose--just like both will "lose" the election, even though one will become President.

There are no winners here.
