Why I cannot control my mind? I cannot complete important works. I have tried so many times to focus on important things but I couldn't do it. I fail without giving my sincere effort. I have greater expectations for me but I am not someone who achieve it. I think its better to give up my dream and accept the fact that I cannot achieve. but accepting it make me feel useless and drives me to suicidal thought. it is more miserable than the former. so I decided to get back to my unreachable goal, pretend that I can and fail without giving consistent effort.

What should I do?
How can I get rid of the cycle of I can and I cannot ?
Does anyone feel/felt like this?

What is your goal/goals?

Please....never give up!

People can, and almost always do, get better.

It sounds like you have quite a bit of anxiety.

Join the club. My brain doesn't do what I tell it to. My brain has a mind of it's own.
