Am I the only one who hates the idea of women the being the superior sex to men?

That's funny. I believe some men think that women are inferior and are just around to do "womanly" duties - cook, clean, and like Jack in "The Shining" lovingly refers to his wife as "the old sperm bank".

Well, I don't think I agree with that. Superior means better and neither gender is better than the other. There are obvious differences, like childbearing, but intelligence is not gender related.

Well it's been proven that women can multitask

It's wrong...and it's absolutely incorrect...to generalize about gender.

There are some great women.

There are some sad guys.

There are some great guys.

There are some sad women.

That's not a very nice thing for someone to say to their own son. Sounds to me like she's got a lot of contempt for you.

No, it's that women are better at multitasking because they have more white matter in their brains, but there is so much more to people than that.

can multitask better, probably. i'm not exactly convinced that's something worthy of creating feelings of inferiority towards an entire sex.

there's feeling inferior to specific women, then there's crap like this.

we may have had too many threads on this already.

What's to feel inferior about? For one thing, males are the physically stronger sex. That alone gives us the advantage of working the more physically demanding jobs - jobs most women wouldn't be able to do.

Wait, is the OP saying he thinks our popular culture is depicting men as being inferior or is the OP saying he thinks men are actually inferior?

What does white matter do?

Also what does grey matter do?

One sex has purposes that the other may be lacking.

Personally, I, as a male, would prefer not to feel inferior to any female in general.
For one thing, I still don't understand the female-only train cars for the Tokyo subway system.
I believe it would be considered a type of reverse discrimination against male.

Don't they have female only spaces in Arabia? We all know how feminist Arabia is.

I don't get why they say it's sexist to have male only spaces like Masonic Halls but they think it's ok to have female only spaces.

If they have female only clubs that will mean the mixed sex clubs will have more men than women in them since women make up roughly 50% of the population. But if the mixed sex clubs have more men in them they'll get accused of being sexist for not having an equal number of female members.

I am not sure about the female-only spaces in Arabia, nor is Arabia being feminist.
I thought Arabia was predominantly male-oriented. I may be wrong.

I believe it would be sexist to have female-only spaces if male-only spaces would be as well.
