For the past few days, whenever I want to post a new thread or comment on an old one, the text box never stays active. You know how you click on it to be able to type stuff into it? Well, it keeps deactivating itself, I guess is the best way to say it, and I have to keep clicking on it over and over again until I've got everything I want to say typed in. It's very irritating, and this the only site that does it. Is this happening to anyone else?

I get the same thing and I have to keep "activating" the box by putting the cursor back in position, and after that it is also hard to keep the cursor in the right place. I thought it was just me and I was going crazy (no comment from the peanut gallery). The screen also freezes after a time and I end up having to open up a new screen.

Now, Google Chrome is blocking this site and telling me not to proceed to the site EVERY time and this deletes whatever I have written, so I can't use Google Chrome if using this site.

I haven't had the text box problem you describe, but if your browser keeps warning you about this site, then you should white-list Wrong Planet in your browser's security section, and in any security extensions you may have added to the browser.

I have several browsers on my Win 7 PC. I had been mostly using Firefox, but a couple of months ago I started using Google Chrome instead. I installed some security and ad blocking extensions, and now I white-list all my usual sites in the security apps. You can do the same thing with the security extensions in all the browsers.

Hope this fixes at least part of your problem.
