On the constant marijuana topics

Mods - is it possible to round up these topics already been posted and group them all in a sticky on the general discussions forum? It's just over and over, these topics on marijuana keep getting posted. Not sure if it's the same person doing it, but it's ad nauseum now. Maybe it's just me but it's annoying - it's almost spam.

We can't make a sticky (that function doesn't work any more) but we can merge them if they are frequently repeated.

I happen to HATE the smell of marijuana.

But making marijuana threads is much more harmless than making threads about, say, the Nazis.....

The sticky function doesn't work anymore? wtf
