my extreme ocd life

New series started this evening on channel 5 uk tv ,just happened to switch over and see it.I have some ocd specially when stressed and do get intrusive thoughts on occasion but it was quite upsetting to see the impact it had on these peoples lifes and the different types of ocd routines and rituals on the program .Don't think they were on the spectrum but the condition seemed to effect their lifes just as much as maybe dealing with autism ect.

OCD is like torture at times. It can be much harder for me to deal with than autism. Take it from me, I've lived it !
