I have a suggestion. Have a forum just for humorous experiences. I think seeing the humor in things is very healthy, and a forum for humorous experiences might encourage people to see the humor in things. Maybe on a bad day it would be fun to read as well.
I don't know the best name for the forum, but it needs to be a name that tells people what to post.
