Guessing you mean a high pitched voice that sounds "Girly" (It sounds more fakey to me, not feminine honestly) on a guy, I have the other side of the coin.
Especially as a young girl (Like five) I sounded like a grown man. I've learned to make it sound higher as I've gotten older, because people wouldn't hear me or thought I was mumbling.
