What are your thoughts? I have been thinking about my main psychiatric symptoms. They include lack of ambition ,difficulty identifying and pursuing future goals, social interaction difficulties, social withdrawal (in that I'll interact with others if I have to but am not proactive in doing so) and a measure of lack of motivation if left to my own devices.

I think it is a serious problem. Probably caused by low self esteem or anxiety.

You've mentioned before that you take risperidone injections. Risperidone made made me even less motivated/ambitious, and I've read others who said the same thing. Definitely a serious problem.

Lacked ambition before the Consta(was recently switched to Paliperidone) but guess it could have made things worse. Pdoc did rather suggest Consta had that effect.

If you earn enough money to live off, married someone that financially supports you, successfully invested in stock market, won the lottery, whatever, then insufficient ambition is not a problem

Otherwise it is a problem
