Is it odd that I only realize lately that I'm mentally slow?

I'm kind of the slow side since I don't understand complex things like east or west and it explains why I cant go to college or university. But I only realized it in he last few months. Do that make me a weirdo?

East and West do not really matter as, anyway, we are on the wrong plantet

Nope, you are not a weirdo at all. And it makes perfect sense that if you are mentally slow, which is perfectly fine, it would take you some time to realize that you are mentally slow.

I have ADD, dyslexia, & other related learning disabilities on top of my Aspergers & I struggled majorly in skewl. I knew I was mentally slow since I was little partly because my peers thought I was ret*d & were NOT afraid to tell me what they thought of me.
Were you called names/things that would hint that you were slow neptunekh If you weren't it's a good thing because you may not be as slow as you think you are or as much as me anyways. If you were, the people were jerks.
Do you think you have anything on top of Aspergers like what I mentioned or something else that could make you slow I'm just curious.

"Slow" from who's perspective? Could it be that you are actually too quick and defining abstract concepts like East and West in words is unnecessarily imposing? Is going to college something you want? There are other valid career pathways. I really wish they would change the terminology from learning disabilities to learning differences. I find it helps me to understand better and faster to put abstract info into context. I have a mental image of a map pop up and east =atlantic ocean, west = pacific ocean.

No, i didn't get that impression at all. I think you're being too harsh on yourself, who cares if you didn't go to college? I went to law school and i'm unemployed bc college didn't prepare me for the real world. A lot of people don't have degrees and earn money i can't even imagine.
