Autism/Anxiety-Friendly Minecraft Servers?

So I’ve heard of a Minecraft server for autistic children called “Autcraft,” but I was wondering if any of you out there knew of any supportive servers that a young adult with autism and anxiety would enjoy? I’d try Autcraft, but it seems to be geared more towards children. It doesn’t have to be *specifically* for someone with autism and other conditions (I understand that’s an awfully specific thing to ask for), but just a server that has an overall supportive community. I really love Minecraft and want to make some online friends who also play Minecraft, but I’m very shy and anxious, you see. Thanks in advance
