One sent me a PM but it auto deletes. It said I had a new message and it was gone when I went to my inbox. I still got an email a few minutes later saying who had sent me a PM. It was my old stalker lol. That man never gives up lol.

What happens when you label someone as a friend? Nothing? I haven't labeled anyone anything, but I have been curious about what the purpose of it was.

If you "friend" someone then its puts the name on a list that you check in your "account", and the list tells you which of your friends are on line at that moment, and which are not. And you can click their name... to find their last post. As I understand it the person you "friend" has no way of knowing that you have friended them. Have a long list myself that I rarely look at. And most the folks on it stopped being active a long time ago.
