I don't see anything on the Viewing Profile that indicates this member was banned. He joined on 01 Jul 2015, 8:05 pm
and last visited on 29 Apr 2019, 12:35 pm. I would guess that moderators have some discretion. They can delete an offensive post or even the entire thread. They can warn the offender or they can ban them for a set amount of time or forever (such as in the case of banning a Spammer).
