social anxiety, getting too tense - someone else?
When I´m leaving home I feel often very tense, always anxious some neighbour would pop up and ask me something that I must answer. I hate stand and chat but some of these neighbours always ask me something and yes, I know I just can walk away or say I´m in a rush or something, but I´m not comfortable lying at all. The neighbours that only says hi and walk away are the best, they acknowledge our presence but move along directly.
Also, this was horrible when I was working before, people that would stay and chat. Not only cause I feel anxious but also my body sometimes get so tense I feel it hard to even talk, its like I feel I can´t breath, have to take deap breaths to keep on.
Anyone who can relate and know how to cope?
