Is it just me or is there a bug in the PM

When I first sent a message to the person looking for voice actors, somehow it went to Ironpony.

I figured maybe I hit the button in the wrong comment box so I tried again this time clicking on it in the OP. I heard back from the OP.

Now on July 5th. I got a new message and it made zero sense. Someone apologized for a joke they made in a thread of mine. What? I haven't made any threads lately and what trains?
I looked through the post history and realized maybe the message was meant to go to the person who created the thread about Isabella departing this forum. But somehow I had gotten that PM instead of the other person.

Has anyone noticed this?

I expressed an interest in that too, but haven't heard anything.

Not sure whether that means you have a message meant for me?

Unlikely but possible, given I like trains...

I think the message was meant for DeepThought because they made that thread and the other person made a joke in it for misread title and decided to create the trains thread.

I honestly thought I was the only one with the issue, as a matter of fact I can't even send any PMs, I tried to PM Pieplup (if I spelt that correctly) regarding a post he posted and it wouldn't allow me to send anything and tried to reply to Blint, same problem. :?

There's me thinking I've been banned from sending PMs.

Now it seems like it will take hours for a PM to go through because a warning was sent to me about an hour ago when it was in fact sent hours ago. It freaked me out thinking my account got hacked or something because I didn't see anything posted after 2:47 PM my time so I thought maybe my account was hacked and the offending posts got deleted. But I changed my password anyway.

I haved failed in PMing two different people, their name doesn't appear on the message for some reason.

I haven't experienced any PM issues and I have successfully PM'd 3 different people in the last month :?

I send mine by clicking the PM button in the thread, but I still have to copy and paste the username and add it as a recipient.
