I've been working a fast food job for a few years now and things have changed a bit for the worse there. The assistant and store manangers worry too much about things going on in their personal lives, at work sometimes taking it out on employees. They don't do anything about people that call off all the time then gripe about it. The other day the assistant mananger in a really bad mood, and saying all the employees are stupid, just cause someone asked for help. I found another job, even if it's less hours and pay thatd be less toxic to work at, while also giving me time to do errands and whatnot I struggle with how I'm being scheduled at the fast food place. How should I go about quitting, when they already wouldn't give me less hours when needed for health problems to start once?

Write a two-week notice letter that simply states you're resigning, effective two weeks from [date you hand it in]. Also list the final date you will work. Sign it and give it to the head manger.
