Change at work that's unsettling me
From the first day of October there's going to be a change at work that I'm not happy with, not because it's a change but because I'm worried it might make things harder for me.
At the moment there are 3 cleaners: me, a good friend of mine, and a foreign woman. Sometimes my good friend has to help elsewhere in the depot if someone has a day off or is off sick, but I love cleaning with him because we get along so well and the work gets done quick. But one of the employees elsewhere in the depot is leaving, so that will mean my good friend will be taken off the cleaning for good and I won't be working with him any more.
I do like the foreign cleaner, but even though she does know a lot of English there is still a language barrier that makes it hard to explain things to her, and also she's not very co-operative, as she only likes to do things her way and is frustratingly slooooow. I don't mind working with her sometimes but I don't think I can work with her 5 days a week without going insane with her slowness and her narrow way of working.
I want to talk to the boss or supervisor about my concerns but I'm a bit reluctant to at the moment because my good friend told me about the employee who's leaving, and he said not to say anything to anyone yet.
I'm hoping they'll recruit for a new person to take their place, but I can see my supervisor telling the boss that my good friend will be all right to step into the position and leave just me and the foreign woman to clean. It won't be the same, as the work just won't get done like it does when my good friend is cleaning with us. Even when the foreign woman is off me and my good friend can still get all the cleaning done with no problems or delays.
I can't bear to work with a slow, dawdling person every day. I'll tear my hair out. I'm just hoping that the boss will recruit another employee so that my good friend can come back on to cleaning with us.

I just hope they don't hire the same person who got fired last year for doing drugs. I can't cope with her attention-seeking and drama she causes, and the way she's really fake but nobody but me can see through her.
These days I have little trust in things because I have learnt that most businesses do the wrong thing regardless of policies, which in this case, rehiring a useless dreg of society with emotional issues and the immaturity of a high schooler, when there's loads of decent people out there who want the job and are much better workers. That's the problem when your employer is a man - they only hire girls with big tits and big mouths.
