About a month ago I was diagnosed with bipolar depression. Prior to my diagnosis I had suffered an intense mood swing that had me feeling so bad I had to text a suicide hotline. Apparently the fact that I can have such intense mood swings justified the diagnosis.
It's funny because it's not the first time I've dealt with the possibility that I might be bipolar. A few years ago my family doctor at the time suggested I might be bipolar, but two doctor visits after that rendered me skeptical. Now it's like, "Lol, just kidding, you actually are bipolar."
Can anybody relate?
