Has anyone ever gotten this before?

X is usually something most NTs consider trivial like picking up the phone to call people or something like cleaning the bathroom.

Y is usually a highly technical skill that other people find difficult but you're capable of and is a core function of your job like computer programming.

Not every manager is this way but I find this mentality far more common among the older generation...

Or the other way around: You're too smart to be confused about something so obvious, you're intentionally malevolent!
