Dyspraxia, ADHD and aspergers traits

I have dyspraxia, ADHD and aspergers traits.

I had a non-standard diagnosis of aspergers traits in February 2004.

I have a diagnosis of dyspraxia in May 2012.

I have a diagnosis of ADHD in August 2020. I am taking medication, Concetra.



How do you handle the ADHD brain and the aspergers brain .

ADHD has caused me problems in my life.

I live in the UK, there was no support for aspergers traits, very limited support for dyspraxia. ADHD is better . I am aged 42. I am going do creative writing and do a board game .

I have a degree , Pgdip, professional qualification, very poor work history, no marriage, no children . The best chance of being employed is a Data Analyst in the NHS (UK health service ) !
