What to wear to a job interview?

I need to know if these outfits are good enough for a job interview.

Outfit 1:

-Black, gray, white and dark red fair isle sweater
-Black below knee length skirt
-Skin-tone tights or stockings to cover a tattoo
-Pearl earrings
-Light makeup
-Closed toe Sperry boat shoes

Outfit 2:

-Blue, green, black and purple paisley top with 3/4 length sleeves
-Black dress pants
-Pearl earrings
-Light makeup
-Closed toe black flats

Outfit 3:

-Black and white polka dot crew neck tank top underneath a short sleeved black crossover blouse
-Black dress pants
-Pearl earrings
-Brown closed toe loafers
-Black dress socks
-Light makeup

Outfit 1.  A candidate needs to look as if they are serious and disciplined.  Subdued colors and patterns, no tattoos, minimal makeup, and hair under control.

Thank you! I was worried about the bright colored outfits looking too much like my casual clothes. I’m waiting to see what kind of job it is before I get any tattoos. :D
