I'm feeling a lot of anxiety lately. I don't know if it is my meds or not. I try to take them everyday. However sometimes this anxiety prevents me from getting up or taking care of myself. It's like I quit caring.

It's been bad today. I just wore my pajamas out today. I'm sleeping in them again and will probably wear the same pants tomorrow. I feel no motivation which is scary. I'm scared of a lot recently. I cannot manage social situations lately. I talk about weird things. I talk about things that make people uncomfortable. I do not mean to. I overshare with people I am comfortable with.

Do the meds help? If not you probably need to try another one. It sometimes takes ages to find the right stuff to help.

I had to force myself to leave the house today.
I never know what to talk about. Apparently people don't randomly want to discuss guitar amplifiers. :nerdy:
Go figure.

Yes, you should bring up that anxiety overwhelms your motivation to leave the house and that you can't manage social situations, especially if you have things you know you need to accomplish.

Decline in mental health is being seen worldwide as a pandemic side effect. Maybe you could do some sessions with a therapist via teleconference? Myself, my partner, and my daughter are all doing that. It helps.

Lock down during pandemic and add normal stressors beside being autistic just stacks the deck against a lotta people ,plus if your are already dealing with anxiety ...... can be quite difficult , your doing well to get your
Feeling out , hopefully in safe , or maybe appropriate places . People all over are being overwhelmed .
Places like this are good to being able to get your issues out .... occasionally but seeking professionals
For things that are being way too serious to cope with or problems coping is probably the best thing .
Sometimes meds need to be evaluated when your not getting results you are expecting .
