I was wondering what people's favorite types of stimming are?

I like to flap my hands or rock back and forth.

I love swaying from side to side. I also smell certain things (ex. my blanket, other objects I like the smell of, etc.) to stim and I find it calming. Listening to repetitive music is also nice.

Rocking in my favorite chair, swinging on my favorite swing, or other activities involving a slow, cyclic rhythm.
