Question if overly inflated ego is a delusional disorder.

Is overly inflated ego a form of delusional disorder? It is just that overly inflated egos are a phase of mania and narcissism.

I am also talking about mental disorders that causes inflated ego.

Everyone has an ego and you can't measure it

I meant if anyone has too much ego, if it is possible to measure it.
