I don’t want to live anymore, it’s tooooooo hard, I CANNOT HANDLE it on my own. I been alot overwhelmed. I’m not strong anymore, I’m weak poopoo head. My anxiety can be sooo worse, I guess I’m lucky my anxiety haven’t killed me yet. Choking probably will kill me, my saliva keep making me choke, two times I almost choked to death.

I am also struggling with anxiety.

Sometimes I don’t see options or don’t like the options I see.

I am reading Viktor Frankl’s book “Man’s Search For Meaning”. He was on a German concentration camp and survived. He talks about dealing with suffering.

I have also tried DBT ( google DBT TIPP and DBT Distress Tolerance ) in an IOP setting. I also take Lexapro (generic) an SSRI

Some days are still hard.

I am in a down place lately. Looking for up thoughts and actions.
