Today was my first attempt at a diet. I don't eat fruit or vegetables. But I'm trying to eat healthier to lose belly fat.

Morning 9 am to 1 pm
2 coffees with skimmed milk

1 pm
2 English muffins with low fat cheese grilled in an air fryer

2 30pm
A handful of banana chips

5pm
Half a steak and 2 cups of mashed potatoes

6:30 pm
A handful of shredded cheese and a coffee with skimmed milk

How did I do as far as dieting goes?
