I need help, I can't work my headphones. They cut out little noises when I put them on, they also for playing your music & watching TV. I don't know how to use them for music & watching TV. I got a VILINICE Noise Cancelling Headphones, Wireless Bluetooth.

Have you charged your headphones fully? That would be the most important thing to begin with.

The headphones will usually come with a charging cable.

After they have enough power from charging, you need to 'pair' the headphones with a bluetooth enabled television or a bluetooth enabled device such as your phone.

You can do this in the settings of your phone or television.
