What are you insecure or ashamed of?

Usually, shame is a temporary feeling for me.



But insecurities...
The only insecurity I actually have is just by having chronic rhinitis.

Not autism, not 'being weird', not even playing clown and playing catch up in my 20s.
But that involuntary shite of a medical disease that no one is taking it seriously that gave me more uncertainty, pain, troubles, and even bullying more than neurodivergence ever did and will be.

I struggle to think of anything that causes me shame anymore.

ashamed of:

breasts too large
not academically smart enough/ structural engineering failure
dissociation
minimum wage job
physically weak
socially awkward
emotionally fragile

I'm not ashamed but I am embarrassed about my weaknesses, like feeling anxious and unable to deal with things that are relatively ordinary.

Shame is a privilege that I've been afforded very little of in my life but I suppose I'll allow myself to feel ashamed about not being able to be a mother to my daughter when she was young

Being too sensitive

Social deficits. It's hard to recognize issues but not being able to remedy them.
