Get worried after seeing life insurance or retirement ads

I know this sounds ridiculous but I seem to feel sometimes worried whenever there is a time I see ads (commercials) on TV or on my phone to do with life insurance or retirement and aimed at those born between 1939 and 1975. I even saw an ad once on my phone for life insurance aimed at those born before 1995. I know it's about making people aware of these things and I kept telling myself that a lot of these things are not targeting me so stop worrying about it.
