What to do when people aren't nice?
I've had people laugh at me or just visibly judge me. Sometimes I go to a restaurant and I'm not always looking my best. I think I once heard one of the employees say I was "crazy". Sometimes I get that on the bus too. I think I even hallucinated in public and I'm embarrassed about it. I talked to the hallucination, and went along. I think people were laughing at me and not knowing what to do. I didn't really think it was a hallucination until months later. It makes sense that it was one because people who were around only noticed me.
I made my sister and her friend uncomfortable because I started talking about someone looking at us from a window. I feel embarrassed about it. Her friend thinks I'm "weird". My sister says I make her friends feel uncomfortable. I talk too much and sometimes interrupt.

I think you (by which I mean all of us) have two choices.
We can either work out what it is we're doing that makes people judge us or treat us in a way we don't consider nice and try to change it (and if that includes talking to hallucinations then maybe get a medical professional's help with that)...
...or we grow a thicker skin, learn to love ourselves and stop putting so much store in other people's opinions of us.
Either one is fine, I think.
