Listening music very loud

Are here people who love making neighbours upset like I by playing very loud music on the 300 W speakers? I have always bass set to 100% on the my amplituner and I love to listen techno, rap, brutal dubstep, and death metal.

Sometimes I go up to 30% volume, which on both sets I use is terribly loud already with treble + bass amplified. Going over 40% guarantees ear suicide
