Hello everyone I'm new. 33 and just diagnosed with ASD in March. I hope to find people here that I can relate with and be open. Looking forward to speaking to you guys and hopefully make friends

Many of us are a little slow when it comes to dating. Most people begin to search for love when they enter their early teens. But for some of us, we do not begin to consider this until later, sometimes much later.

So what advice can I send your way? Meet as many people as you can during your search. Look for someone who is not a great talker but is a good listener. Find someone who makes you happy to be around.

You might find him in a church, or in the gym, or at a bookstore. I would probably not recommend bars. Ask him about his interest. What does he enjoy doing?
