Hi Everyone
I find I need to externalise things. I tend to thinks this has to be spoken but am finding this really hard. Particularly if I wake up from a vivid dream. I have tried ringing the samaritans but they are often busy (ie a long wiait listening to ring tones).
I am very wary about sending email in the middle of the night - I have made some big blunders.

I am feeling a little better as I sent a bit of a ramble to samaritans general email address. They aim to answer in 24 hours (which in my life is quite a time) but this is better than nothing.
Any thoughts?

I have a program that I can run that writes notes to a textfile. Initially wrote it to write distracting thoughts while working (hence it is called dist). Not the most earth shattering program but it helps.

You ight try sending yourself an email and not reading it for a few days. You might get a kick out of seeing how you felt a couple of days earlier.

Interesting idea (mail to myself). I could use Gmails schedule send but that might backfire.
