Hello - an update

Hi everyone, it's me Jenisautistic

A lot has gone on since my last post so much in fact, I don't know where to begin. Please note the following post will be an overview.


First, which I guess is the most important to say is that I was actually recently within the past six months on February 1 in a fire in my apartment I was hospitalized for smoke inhalation and was in the ICU for maybe a day or so I have not even been able to see anything since in that apartment for various reasons which may not even be accurate

Secondly, back in October 2024 I got a job as a one-to-one eight in a school for children with autism

Third, my grandmother is very sick. I'm not sure what's going on, but she keeps getting pneumonia. She doesn't have dementia from what I know but there's more to tell about that.
Finally, I wanted to share stuff with you guys because I I feel that it is important and I kind of miss everything

also I recently turned 27

I'm sorry to hear so many negative things have happened to you in recent history. Hopefully this stage of bad luck or whatever you may call it will end soon.

Sorry about the fire and your grandma.

Congratulations on your new job. A chance to help autistic kids must be exciting. What does the one on one eight position entail?

You're 27 now. Times fly. I remember you being a regular poster as a teenager. Your posts were always insightful.
I am looking forward to your insights as an adult.

actually meant to write one to one aid I am a paraprofessional, which means I have one child during the school day to help with all the tasks that they need whether that therapy whether it’s encouraging them, making sure they’re safe and helping with daily life activities
