Short and skinny, high pitched voice and no facial hair. Just like a lil boy

Not bad, sounds like you may age well, as time passes, appearance wise .

Outwardly, I can pass for 15. I can look like a high schooler.
My mom's appearance do not help.
Even had a doctor, who had my chart as she asked, doubted if I'm even 18+ and asked if I'm sure that's how old I'm going to be treated as because dosages of an adult are different.

If someone knew beforehand I'm a working adult, they'd thought I'm in my early 20s or just flat out 20.

I'm 30.

Internally, I no longer have an age. Truly doesn't matter anymore.

Maybe looking (and perhaps also acting?) younger than your age is an autism thing? When I was in my teens and 20's I hated it. Now, when I'm 59, and people think I'm in my late 40's I love it and take it as a compliment. A downside, still, is that people tend to treat you with less respect when they think you are younger than them.
