I was on my paper round yesterday someone said "morning" I said morning back then my head went all pressured and I went very alert.

Has anyone ever got this before?

does anyone know what this could be?

It sounds like social anxiety. I've never had those specific symptoms but I regularly get physical discomfort when interacting with people in ways I'm not used to. (I remember the first time a stranger said hi to me and I said hi back instead of just nodding...)

You can say hi back when someone says hi to you. People greet in different ways.
