I have a new friend who has been diagnosed with this. I could Google, but I thought I might get some first hand information from someone who suffers from this.

I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder back in the Summer of 2015.

My mom has been in denial about it ever since.

Do you agree with the diagnosis? If so, how does it show? Is a loss of time something you experience?

Yes, I do agree. I have a pair of paternal uncles who believe that if a man has mental health issues, he will never be considered a "real man" worthy of a relationship.
