why they talk so much, so enthusiastically, and purposely go out of their own ways to try to find things to laugh @.

why they act like they have a moral "right" to be happy @ all times, & any time they are not happy, it proves that someone violated their precious lil "rights", which then justifies any action or statement they make in reaction, subject to imagination.

how do so many precious lil "people" eat so much junk food and appear (things not always the way they appear) so healthy and energetic that they work two full time jobs and manage to stand around flapping their lil traps @ every spare second? and, despite their unhealthy diets, how do they manage to not spend too much time in the Litterbox?

how do plenty of precious lil "people" that earn minimum wage pay for rent, kids, vacations, cars, boxing lessons, pets, things like that? meanwhile i also earn minimum wage and i am constantly afraid of ending up homeless and et cetera?

How do they manage to stay so relaxed even under extreme circumstances? (i have a nervous disposition and often scream or freeze or whatever at the slightest provocation).

why do they act like they have their own lil "in" group and everyone not in it is morally inferior to them?

why do they act like everything is morally "good" or morally "bad"? (dichotomous thinking)

Shortfat, I feel like you are writing directly to me.

Well. Let me think about your questions...

Hm.

Well see I get a lot of information that comes in to me as I go about during my day. I encounter a lot of people and things that are threatening, confusing, interesting, or funny. I can usually see both the performance that a person wants me to see but also the real intentions or emotions backstage that they are trying to keep hidden.

Does the mirth violate your rights? Really, if you think about it, annoyance and hilarity are flip sides of the same coin.

I think a lot of people are simply going into debt to afford things. I don't think there is as much wealth going around as it seems. We live pretty simple at the SocofAutism household. We also wonder how our coworkers and neighbors seem to be able to afford things we cannot.

I think the OP is referring to someone he works with at the home depot place, as most of his rants are about his job.

i do not understand how some neurotypical extroverts act like they are so morally innocent, academically smart, worldly, wise, cool, and et cetera. for example, i was trying to load a customer when lot attendant joe had the nerve to come push the cart closer to the car and say "work smarter, not harder). (rolls eyes). (puke). that lil BOY acted like he just discovered the next element in the periodic table. some precious lil "people" act like the greatest thing since sliced bread.

that lil boy need to get made redundant.

I know SFBUM was not actually referring to me. I also know he's just venting about co-workers. I enjoy his observations. I think he often says what many of us think but aren't brave enough to articulate. He paints such a vivid picture that it's easy to picture the scenarios.

There used to be a sociologist named Erving Goffman who studied social interaction in very fine detail. He saw people's behavior as like actors on a stage. What is presented in front of the curtain- the bravado, innocence, worldly wisdom, etc, is for others to see. There is more going on backstage that is not meant for others to see. Sometimes you can get a peek of that. It is easy for me to see those things. I think many autistic people can pick up on those things as well, but they don't always know what they are looking at. It may be confusing to know what social actions were meant for you to see and what the other person is doing without realizing it.

This is how Short Fat will see a person as being stuck up or a brown noser. That person doesn't MEAN to come off that way. My guess is that where SFBUM is on the autism spectrum, he is either purposefully or through social exhaustion not playing along with the social game and not concealing that he has picked up on a person's back stage behavior.

Why they act like everything has to be "cool" with them

Why they so judgemental

Why they act like wild animals

"Can you" for a request
