Lilith vs Eris

For those who may not know who these two are, Lilith is the demonic first wife of Adam in Jewish folklore who allegedly abandoned her husband and was banished from Eden by Yahweh aka God for her defiance. Later after Adam & Eve were also banished from the garden for eating the forbidden fruit Lilith became the lurking demoness who murdered infant children with SIDS, attacked pregnant women causing stillbirth and even caused the deaths of birthing mothers, and seduced men in their sleep in a succubus-like form to collect their seeds and give birth to demonic offspring of her own, thousands of which she allowed to die as a sacrifice in a deal she made with God's angels so that death could never claim her.

Lilith today has a cult following of wiccans, neopagans, theistic satanists, and even some Jews who view her as a symbol of proto-feminism who rebelled against the patriarchy and was demonized for it.

Eris on the other hand is the Greco-Roman Goddess of Chaos who enjoys spreading strife and discord everywhere she goes. She was said to be such a cruel Goddess that there were no temples dedicated her, and she gave birth to many unpleasant daemons who plague humanity with a lot of suffering earning her the title "The Mother of Evils). Her only friend amongst the gods was Aries the God of War who was also her brother. He delighted in violence and bloodshed and she enjoyed setting into motion events that led to war and calamity, the most infamous being the Trojan War when she tossed the golden apple at a wedding party being held by the other gods who refused to invite her because they knew she was trouble and the apple was found and fought over by the Goddesses Aphrodite, Hera, and Athena. Zeus decided that the Trojan Prince Paris would decide which of the Goddesses deserved the golden apple, he chose Aphrodite who promised him the love of the world's most beautiful woman (Helen of Troy, who was already married to a powerful king). And basically this caused the Trojan War in which the city of Troy was completely sacked and destroyed by the invading armies who came to take Helen back to her husband and reap the spoils of war, all while Eris was laughing at the carnage she had caused.

Couldn't one just picture Eris saying "How about THEM Apples?"

Also just like Lilith she too has a modernized cult dedicated to the worship of Chaos known as Discordianism, although some people claim this is really just a mock religion.

Anyone notice a lot of simps for both Lilith and Eris in those YouTube comments?

I think society has a hard time acknowledging that some women can be just as cruel and evil as some men are too.

Both Lilith and Eris were supposed to be evil and Chaos for the sake of it. Leave it to modern humans to whitewash their myths and transform them into something they are not.
