There are 4 different types of Attachment Styles (anxious, avoidant, disorganized and secure) and sub-sets within each like Anxious-Avoidant

These Attachment Styles directly influence our adult romantic relationships and were created as a result of our first relationship as an infant bonding with our parents or caregivers

I read that people with Anxious-Avoidant attachment style find it harder to establish & maintain dating and marriage relationships and if you want to find a secure relationship you have to change your Attachment Style so you can attract the right person and repel the wrong ones so you can get to desired result faster!! !

This explains why it is harder for some people to find love compared to others!

Here is more info

What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance!! !

Sounds like a BS theory, like the refrigerator theory, blaming mostly the mother without taking into account the genetic predisposition or things that may happen in the child’s life outside mother’s control - such as bullying at the school.
