Two separate times, ASM gabe saw me drop off a cart with pallets on it and he had the nerve to bark at me "are you just gonna leave it there?".

Freight Associate told him that I have a doctor's note that I am not allowed to lift over fifty pounds.

Gabe didn't pursue it but didn't apologize either

during the meeting yesterday, ASM GT said that the moral of the story was to "open a line of communication".

did not get made redundant
did not get "disciplinary action"
nobody physically injured me thus far

on the other hand, neither Head Cashier ARD nor any other raccoon, even bothered to apologize. but whatever. ("actions speak louder than words").

i did not get mad redundant, but neither did ARD.

now i'm paranoid that maybe ARD or any other reptile will have the nerve to take out revenge against me. ("whistleblower retaliation"). maybe "snitches get stitches"). maybe ARD or any other rodent will physically injure me or burn down my house. precious lil "people" constantly overpowering, outnumbering and outsmarting me.

Sometimes the walkie talkies suddenly stop working. The head cashier told me to recharge it and I did. Two days later, the walkie talkie just worked for an hour and suddenly stopped working. I am afraid that if the walkie talkie stops working, I will miss a page and get "disciplinary action".

Sometimes when someone calls on the walkie talkie and I answer, someone suddenly stops talking. I am afraid that because of a "miscommunication" like that, I will get "disciplinary action".

I am constantly afraid of getting made redundant for:
(1) something I did not do, that someone thought I did (or maybe they were trying to frame me up)
(2) something I did, that is not bad/wrong
(3) something I did, that is bad/wrong, but doesn't rise to the level of getting made redundant
(4) something I did, that appeared bad/wrong, but had extenuating circumstances.

For example, one time, a head cashier told me to push the carts in Receiving to the corral. When I got there, the shopping carts had a lot of bubble wrap around the undercarriage, so I went around looking for a pair of scissors, and, with a lot of time and energy, cut the bubble wrap off the shopping carts. As a result, I only pushed a couple (not all) of the shopping carts, and then I had to go to lunch in order to not violate the Fifth Hour. When I told the head cashier that I was going on lunch, the head cashier was like "did (another head cashier) not ask you to push the carts in Receiving over one hour ago? we already got someone else to do it." I was afraid that i would've gotten "disciplinary action". i had to think quickly (which I am very bad at doing): what did the head cashier not know, that the head cashier did not know that the head cashier did not know? (unconscious incompetence). As usual, I was panicked, because I thought the head cashier was going to make me get "disciplinary action" if the head cashier thought that I was doing other things instead of doing what the head cashier told me to do (which was pushing carts). It really scared me but gratefully, I realized that the head cashier did not know about the bubble wrap.

According to Reddit (which might not be correct or updated), Home Depot is on videotape, but managers are not allowed to look @ the video tape, just loss prevention looks @ the video tape to look for illegal activity. As a result, I am constantly terrified that, even if/when I say the "perfect" thing (and there is no perfect thing, but whatever), then whoever I tell it to will not (1) hear, (2) care (3) understand (4) believe (5) remember what I said, and then I get "disciplinary action" because "at will" employer.

One time, I told a head cashier that I was going on my second break and the head cashier said "you have already taken your second break". I said "no i did not. it is on videotape." the head cashier said "ok". However, "wrongful accusation" is a really big deal. It is not legal for me to videotape Home Depot's building. It is legal for Home Depot to videotape its building. It is legal for Home Depot to refuse to show me the videotape. Thus, there is no way for me to "prove" that i had not yet taken a second break, even though I had not yet taken a second break. (not a level playing field, double standards). If the head cashier were to have insisted that i had, indeed, taken a second break, then i would have been afraid that Home Depot would have taken "disciplinary action" against me for "time theft".

In every situation, I think that there are an unlimited number of wrongful accusations that a customer or staffer could make against me, and, without a videotape, there is no way for me to "prove" otherwise.

Also, it is not possible to measure the "quality" of a Lot Attendant's work. I think that I have been doing a good job throughout my four years eleven months, and counting, at Home Depot. Plenty of staffers have said that I am a "hard worker".

Sometimes Home Depot makes changes. For example, Home Depot changed the "correct" location of the lumber carts. The lumber carts used to go in the corrals. Now the lumber carts go along the front sidewalk. As a result of that change, it takes much much much much much more time to put all the carts into the correct location. Sometimes, other lot attendants tell me that the correct location of the lumber carts has been changed by Home Depot. However, That doesn't sound like clear communication. I think that Home Depot should please put up signs such as "Put 'H" carts here" and "Put L carts here", so that someone could just point to the sign and know where something goes. Otherwise, it is just "he said, she said."

Along those lines, in 2022, I told a (former) ASM that the day laborers were barking "Chino" @ me and the ASM told me not to push carts in bays "E" or "f". And I was the only one that heard the ASM say that. A couple months later, that ASM stopped working @ Home Depot altogether. I did not stop pushing carts in "E" and "F" because I was afraid that someone else would tell me that I should've pushed carts in "E" and "F" and they would not have believed me. So, I had no physical evidence that that the ASM said that. Instead, I think that that ASM should've written me a note, so I would've had physical evidence, even after that ASM no longer worked there.

Likewise, I have seen some associates go out the back entrance of Receiving. The door has a sign "emergency exit only", so I was afraid that if i went through the door, i would get made redundant. Then I asked (former) ASM if it was fine to go through that door and the ASM said "yes". However, nobody told me anything in writing. So I am afraid that if I go through that door, then someone will tell me I should not have done that and take "disciplinary action" against me, and I would not have a note from the ASM that says that it is ok to do that.

Likewise, three different head cashiers have told me, three different days, that my lunch was at the time that the was listed in the schedule. However, if i were to have taken my lunch @ the time that the schedule specified, then I would have been in violation of the Fifth Hour. I tried explaining that to the head cashier and gratefully they were receptive. However, if they were not receptive (which they could have chosen not to be), then there would have been nothing that I could have done. (Granted, I could've gone looking for an ASM, but then I would've been in a hurry to find an ASM before my Fifth Hour, and sometimes there is only one ASM, and that one is busy or on lunch). Later, Human Resources told me that there was a "glitch" in the computer system, and that I should take my lunches between 2 and 2:30pm, in order to not violate the Fifth Hour; and that I should not take my lunches @ the times listed on the schedule. (Communication, in my opinion, is a two way street.)

He's not that bad but I don't like him

Yesterday, supervisor Julio told ASM gabe that it was "personal phone hour", when gabe was on the phone in the hallway. (And Gabe did not get "held accountable")(Double standard)

That stupid lil boy Gabriel had the nerve to tell me off for going behind the building

But I started going behind the building January 2022 and stopped July 2024

The first time I went behind the building former ASM don had the nerve to tell me "thank you for coming back here"

Between those two dates I went behind the building a couple of times a day. I just went to push carts. All the way there and back. Not stopping or anything like that.

July 2024, former lumber supervisor sadiq had the nerve to tattle on me to (former) front end supervisor stupid lil girl Angela w. Angela w had the nerve to tell me not to go behind the building unless someone told me to go behind the building. Ever since then I have not gone behind the building. Shortly thereafter sadiq got promoted to night manager and later his photo was gone from the hallway. Haven't seen him since

Gabriel did not become OASM until May 2025. Ten months after I stopped going behind the building.

Nobody ever told me not to go behind the building

Gabriel owes me an apology

Also Gabriel should have told me what kind of disciplinary action he took against Angela d. Why did that stupid lil girl just up and disappear for two months? Was she on vacation or did she get made redundant and then rehired, leave of absence?

But maybe Gabriel, Angela d and Angela w are having sex

Today at 4:20, head cashier Angela d had the nerve to get me in the parking lot and tell me that ASM gabe and her were walking looking for me for one and a half hours and couldn't find me and the parking lot "looks like s**t" (direct quote, not my opinion. And I don't agree either). She did not raise her voice but she was cross examining me. She did not believe that I had been working the whole time. Not even when I told her that it was on video tape. Then the stupid lil girl had the nerve to tell me that I have to answer to Gabriel about it. So I went to get the stupid lil boy and I told him. He said that he will look at the video tape


But the whole thing is an "at will" employer anyways

It's not a question if I was guilty or not guilty. The only question is how hard would it be for home Depot to hire a replacement for me and the answer is extremely easy

as of today 1pm, was still able to login to the portal. if i were redundant, i would not have been able to login. then, checked writeups. thus far, still zero write ups.

but no "statue of limitations".

do not know if the reason why i have no write ups, is b/c stupid lil boy gabriel has not done it yet, or b/c he has decided not to do it.

The stupid lil boy Gabriel had the nerve to give Yao in Receiving a Bravo for asking for help loading

Plenty of people such as myself have asked for help loading and we didn't all get homer awards

Some of the bravo awards are so vague they have no definition. For example, supervisor Stephanie wrote ASDS a "bravo" and it didn't even say what she did that was so great

Meanwhile I have only gotten a couple of bravos and one homer in over five years at home Depot. And the homer was when everyone in the department got a homer

it's been over sixteen days since the "wrongful accusation" and neither ASM gabriel nor Head Cashier angela d b***h has bothered apologizing.

they are so untrustworthy.

"wrongful accusation" is a really big deal, gabriel and angela d act like just b/c they outrank me, that morally justifies any of their actions or statements toward or against me, subject to imagination.

but in the absolute economic food chain hierarchy, ASM of retail store is not that high ranking. and head cashier earns just one buck an hour more than me.

stupid lil gabriel and angela d "should" have gotten made redundant a long time ago.
