Is the reason why you struggle with speech:
-More of thinking in language?
-Translating thought into language?
-Or only physical speech?

Are your limitations to go to places more to do with:
-Social dangers?
-Environmental and sensory dangers?
-Anxiety?
-Or prone to getting lost?

Is your daily living issues more to do with:
-Physical capacity? Or bad enough clumsiness.
-Working memory and executive function issues?
-Or hardships in learning?

I wouldn't go so far as claim it an intellectual disability so much so with language processing and social issues.

Also people in the internet don't (shouldn't) assess other people's cases.

That is tricky to live with.

Were you tested for intellectual disability?

Or... You're here to learn what it means?

It does sound like it could be a intellectual disability, or just a processing issue?..

I think you would need to be tested by a psychologist to know.

I play the piano, too. What do you like to play?

You described being very good at Math and piano . but not other more commonly expected things . Have heard some ,people on the Autistic spectrum. Sometimes get referred to as Savants .( super great at somethings , and not so much at others ) . But I am not qualified to make a judgement like that. But did have a non verbal Sister ,that was amazing at doing 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles in about 2 hours or less. Almost physic ( intuitive) at finding hidden sweet snacks hidden in the house. Even if they were placed when she was not home.
Some people are very good, ( amazing at some things) but not so much at other things. She could not communicate to even save her life .Hope your playing piano gives you lots of fun ( pleasure) :D

Do you think in words? Pictures? Or something else?

You are describing a communication problem.

I do not think it would be possible to accurately test your IQ.

You need a neuropsychological exam to measure how you process information.

Or you can try practicing writing or communicating with pictures.

Nice! I really like those pieces.

Sometimes people on the spectrum have spiky profiles when it comes to their IQs. It means that they can be really talented with some things while really struggling with others. It would be very interesting to know what testing from a psychologist would show.

A person can have problem areas without being intellectually disabled overall. (I’m not making claims one way or the other, though!)

Those are just some of my thoughts.

Social disability, not intellectual.
§
I don't know, the story of IQ has a meaning that differs from the reality of people. It doesn't really measure that much, honestly.
Some things you can't technically measure at all.

Focus on the things you know how to do and try to do the ones that cause you problems, letting someone guide you through them.
§
You can't speak well, do you mean you're not good at constructing a conversation?
You read, try reading aloud, read the same things silently first.
Practice the skill because if you don't, you'll lose it over time.
§
You have a fantastic brother.

p.s.: I read now, but I posted Mozart because he's one of my favorites.
He performed in churches in many Italian cities.

In some, I noticed the acoustics were superb.

He didn't choose them at random.
