I wanted to create a new thread similar to Brian's but specifically for Nintendo BGM

What do you think is some of best-of-the-best and creme de la creme of classic & modern Nintendo game music?

Please provide YouTube or Niconico videos of the songs in question!

Thanks in advance!! !

I will start this thread off...

I don't feel like posting any YouTube or Niconico videos right now but the Nintendo games I have been currently playing Drag x Drive and the Nintendo Switch version of classic GameCube game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door have some REALLY cool BGM IMHO

The arrangements in Thousand-Year Door Switch by Kazuki Komai & Fumihiro Isobe are fun and close to the original Yuka Tsujiyoko & Yoshito Hirano versions

And the BGM in Drag x Drive by Sayako Doi are cool and reminicent of Splatoon which makes sense considering Sayako Doi was one of the composer for that series

I will record videos of the background music in Drag x Drive & Paper Mario:The Thousand-Year Door Switch version as a workaround for going on YouTube!! !

Not all of the BGM in the latter because there is a lot but I will record the stand-out tracks and upload them to Google Cloud or something...

EDIT: I tried recording a video for Drag x Drive but I'm not sure how to make it longer than 30 seconds?

***Continuing with the thread...

I just love the arrangements in the Switch version of Thousand-Year Door!! !

The area I'm in is called X-Naut Fortress and it has this REALLY cool techno BGM

Also in related news, the songs from both versions (Switch & GameCube) are now on the "Nintendo Music" smartphone app!

I intend to check that out VERY soon...

Also, I like a lot of the character themes in Thousand-Year Door as well but this is a thread for all Nintendo game music, not just Paper Mario!! !

I want to shift focus to Nintendo's non-games like the "Wii series" (Wii Fit, Wii Sports, Wii Music etc), Brain Age series, non-games on the Switch etc

You can find some good BGM in those titles believe it or not!

What do you guys think?

Quite possibly, the music from the Splatoon series. Here are a few examples:

- Splattack
- Fly Octo, Fly
- Anarchy Rainbow
