Did I act the wrong way in this situation?

Christmas 2013 this girl I know who was drunk at the time got quite intimate with me at a house party. It ended with her giving me her number.

She texted me the next day to hang out but I wasn’t interested and deleted her number of my phone. About a little over a year later I told my friend about Mandy giving out her number to me and he said “I think she was just being friendly”. More to the point do you think I should have chased up on her offer to hang out?

Just to give a recap apparently she had a drug history and has been in prison before.

Why are you worried about something that happened more than 10 years ago. Forget about it and enjoy life.

Your last sentence seems to explain why you didn't pursue things further at the time. A lesser man may have led her on to get some more action. You decided not to. So, possibly you're an amazing guy. So dwell on that fact, instead of excoriating yourself!

I think she is just comfortable giving out her number. To me it appears, that the fact that she was drunk turned you off. I think you chose to do the right thing and act on your values, and want someone who respects you as she would respect herself.
