I was diagnosed as autistic + adhd after I graduated highschool, but it's still something I have doubts about from time to time, then I found some old home videos my parents recorded in storage, I'm in a couple of them, and I didn't know I acted this obviously autistic (in my opinion), I'm surprised my parents didn't see it back then.
I wanted to post it here to get feedback on whether or not I come off as autistic (and to just show off some early 2000s nostalgic videos tbh)
The specific video I'm talking about starts at 15:20

4 years old, only child ? ..... maybe/maybe not ..? nuanced creativity existing in excitement of the childs mind ? Or Neural Diverse? Your only 4 years old once .Late Bloomer..? possible Echolia ? (magpie ing words) an even intonations of parents spoken worlds . But yet responding,in a timely manner to words , as acts of requested engagements,With his verbal responses to his parents.Perhaps , am not intuiting the engagements. between family members correctly?

My guess why your parents didn't catch on to you being different / autistic is because (at least in this video) you seemed like a pretty happy kid. Parents usually only bring their children in for accessment if there are behavioral issues like tantrums.

I watched that portion of your video. You were a super cute kid. But I would not have suspected Autism from what I saw in the video. Many little kids hand flap regardless of their neurology especially when they are excited. I would need to see much more of your daily life to see if I see the Autism. But the behavior in that video is normal for a child of that age.
