Interracial relationships in the age of fascism

Something I've been thinking about a lot lately. My city is mostly populated by minorities and most of the attractive young women around here are Latinas or some other kind of brown women. I don't want to restrict myself to dating only white women, but I feel like if I have a nonwhite girlfriend there's a good chance she'll get dragged off by ICE at some point, and I don't want to have to deal with that. I really hate living under a police state. What are your thoughts?

That's something that would worry me too. There was an ICE raid in the neighborhood I grew up in (I'm just in the next town over), so it hit close to home.

Are you in Texas by any chance?

The Vice President is white and his wife is brown.

I won't give any numbers but I don't thnk it remotely likely that a woman you would date would be dragged off by ICE.

Do what you can to stop the spread of fascism?

Some areas are being targeted by ICE alot more than others(I haven't heard about any ICE raids happening in Vermont so for) so it might be worth considering a move if moving could possibly be feasible.

I'm in an ethically mixed relationship... but fortunately I'm not in the US. But if I were, I wouldn't let a fascist government dictate who I love.

I don't think race should be something that matters with love. Just be open to anyone based on compatibility.
