Ripped Pants Episode of Spongebob- Autistic behavior

Being that we all know that Tom Kenny diagnosed Spongebob with autism, I wanted to talk about the "Ripped Pants Episode."

In this case, he kept ripping his pants and making a joke about it. In the beginning, everyone was laughing at him. However, his jokes got old after a while. At that point, his behavior was seen as annoying.

Who else can relate to Spongebob in that episode?

Hmm...I never connected his behavior in "Ripped Pants" to Autism but now I see the truth in what you are saying @Summer_Twilight!! !

The episode "Not Normal" also alluded to Autism which leads into a more convoluted & complex theory I have about the show...
